The Corporate Legal Assistant provides high-level administrative and organizational support to multiple corporate attorneys in a fast-paced law firm environment. The role focuses on supporting transactional legal work by preparing and managing legal documents, coordinating deal logistics, tracking deadlines, and handling attorney administrative needs. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.
Key responsibilities include drafting and formatting corporate and transactional documents, assisting with entity filings, preparing closing binders, maintaining calendars and transaction checklists, coordinating meetings and closings, and handling time entry, billing support, and travel arrangements. The position requires at least three years of corporate or transactional legal experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal document management systems, and familiarity with legal terminology and processes. The role is primarily in-office with limited remote flexibility and may require overtime as needed.
